My Experience

The first week may have been that placebo effect you get when you have a positive outlook, which always happens to me when there's a life change. And the level of excitement in my life is such that trying Ashwagandha topped the charts.

Another two weeks, I was going on walks, got back on my Peloton for the first time in months. Overall just good, positive changes.

Meetings at work is another time I can tell when my mental health is on point or not. Anxiety, imposter syndrome, you name it, I've got it. Maybe it was the Tribe Organics Ashwagandha, maybe it was the cardio I was back to enjoying, or maybe it was just random timing. But me and work were vibing all month long.

Recommendation

I don't think I could have enjoyed this much more. I took it in the morning every day with breakfast, but apparently some people get tired and recommend you take it before bed. Funny enough, I tried it before bed one night and it gave me a little burst of energy. So try to get a sense of how you react to it and then decide when it makes sense to fit it into your day.
